finish my 2 day course..
it freaking fun....
it the instructor and all the ppl in the course that make it real fun..

i liked that there always small presentation inbetween..
i like the spider web game
i like to go shop around to test ppl's service level
lol....
after this course.. i just have the sudden urge to service ppl until the person will like to say "wow"...hehe...

while we are doing the fake shopping to test out services..
i realli find that Singapore services are realli not up to standard..
hope that someone (who have authority) will have the same thot and do sth abt it
so that Singapore can be a better place.
saw a lot of things that i wanna to buy during the short shopping..
will KIV all items first...

got to thank xin xin for passing mi my bdae present..
lol.... will use it at work de.. muack.
stay back in my ward to do my kaizen after my course ended..
felt so good when i saw the end product of my hardwork..
so i feel that it worth it to spend another 3 hours jus in ward..
plus i got to chit chat with Cheng S.C team MO
realli find that very poor thing for being under his team sia..
but from the other point of view..they will be a better person when they finish their posting in the team...hehe....

ytd went to china town to screen through all the travel agency to find out which have the best pricing for us to go bangkok...
intially dated my cousin at 11am, but end up i onli wake up at 11am...
so she have to wait for mi another 30 min before we could set off..
thank god that i did slp that long, becuz during the screening i felt so tired sia..lol....
but happy that we are able to find out ther cheapest we can have..hehe...

manage to DL lots of new songs just now...
so can listen to more song while i am traveling le..
hehe..happy....

my mama is unhappy again for mi going out so much again..
got to stay at home for again.....
sian.......
y isit always lidat..
how can i change her mindset that it normal for young adult like mi will always go out neh???? haiz.. bo pian lar....
