so went back to my workplace to have course..
i simly love that course..
it asctually teach us how to provide standard service to ppl..
which i find that it very very important
somehow i just like to service ppl..
i felt that it one of the reason y i wan to go into nursing line.

i like the instructor that conducting the course..
it make the lesson so lively sia..
realli impressed by the way he present himself..
i hope that in the near future i can be someone like him
who can present myself confidently....

wat i have learn today
quality service= habit ones have
quality service= giving each customer same basic service but customize service for their more detail needs.
quality service= to act professionally with good control of self emotion.
actually a lot more lar.. but can't remember that much..wahaha...

mi being very bad... i kept on sms-ing my frenz while i was attend the course..
but the instructor act professionally while he saw the situation..
i wan to be some one like that too.....

and now, i'm lookind forward to tml course (continue)

anyway....actually my sister wanted to tok to mi regarding my appraisal early in the morning today... but sth jus cock up...
so didn't manage to do my confirmation appraisal..
luckily they just change the date to tml morning..
just hoping that the result is that i'm being confirm and not being extend.. hehe....

got to start implementing our kaizen into our ward..
if not i tink sister might start nagging us bah...hehe..
looking forward to cm......my passion for my work has come back slightly
