24 of feb
my first day of nite..
at 2rd team.. super busy..
all my IV and left over work from afternon shift..
so jus work and work..
so scared that my DIL, DNR patient will pass away, but she manage to survive..
stay back after work for awhile to do my charging...
ended my first night....
that night is a sinful nite, as we ate KFC for our supper..

25 of feb
there is blood donation drive in my hospital..
realli wan to donate de.. but didn't have time to do it..
end work at 8am.. but the drive start at 9.30am
slp until 2 pm plus.. thn prepared for awhile until 3pm thn went to do some interview thingy.. so miss the drive again..

after completing my interview thingy.
went over to AMK to find baby..slp at his house for 1 hour before going for my nite shift...
that night is very busy again..
busy with all the IV medication..

thank jenny lots. for hlping mi in all my IV..
can u imagine i started to give IV at 4am and i end all at 6am..and screw all the stopper at 6.30am... it an insane thing sia...
but so glad that i survive through..

even though i have to stay back to finish all my report before i can go..
have my breakfast at Mac with jenny and serene before going home..
thank fo waiting....

26 of feb
woohoo 3rd nite..
and wei wei told mi that my DIL, DNR patient isn't doing very great..
i keep telling ah ma mus jia you.....

so i whole night busy
again doing all my IV medication(but fewer compare to previous 2 days)

and also calling doctor for my DIL, DNR patient...
her SPO2 crash... after picking up.. her BP crash...aiyo...
tat ah ma onli manage to survive till the follow day AM shift...
i think is a good option for that ah ma..
since she doesn't have any quality of life le..

27 of feb
my last night.. it like finally..
it so difficult to do 4 nite..
becuz u will be both physically and mentally exhuasted...
i felt so lucky, becuz i don't have any IV medication.. woohoo...
my bed 2 is being admitted by my afternoon staff..
even though the relative abit FON..
but manage to handle them....

my the other auntie started to have bleeding from her operation site..
so called for dr to review, while waiting for her to come..
i reinforced the dressing with pressure bandage..
did a dresing for her after dr review her..
glad that she nv bleed after dresding done or her..

here come my admission..
an auntie that comes in for chest pain...
from her panicky face..
i thot of taking her ECG..luckiy i did take
becuz that auntie is ungoing a heart attack soon..
luckily that the on-call dr did came over to see that patient fast..
normally that Dr always take his own sweet time de..
maybe his sixth sense work well that day...
keep giving auntie a few stat dose
started preparing auntie for transferring..
as normally patient with attack can't stay at general surgery ward de..
bingo... dr did order to transfer patient over to medical high denpendency ward..
woohoo.....
so chop chop we (Dr and mi) send patient over to Med HD...
rarely Dr wil hlp to send de..this show that the HO on-call os reali nice to that patient....
stay at med HD to write report after i handover to them..
luckily that staff is nice.. if not i will not be able to leave aft finishing my report....

everything jus went well....until i pass over..
happy....
