todae went to collect data from tampines polyclinic again...
feel abit sian to go also...
but no choice nobody wan to go..so have to go down..

but it seem a fruitful trip...
we did 3 cases of asthma patient....

the last one....is a 15 yr-old boy...
he came alone to visit doc....
so i approach him when my freenz inform mi abt him

thn when i look up and see him(he sitting infront of mi)..he kind of shock
thn i started off to ask him...u got asthma arh(in vri gentle tone lei)
thn he say ya....
thn i ask how old are u??
thn he say 15
thn i ask whether his parent got accompany him here
thn he say no..he came aft sch(seem like guai kia) ...

i nid his parent to do the survey...however they are not here.....
but i reali feel vri ke xi..if i let him go lidat....
so i follow him lor...
thn ask him if isit ok if he bring the form back to ask his mama to fill in
thn he okay lor...and he going bring back for mi tml(but it in tampines lei)...

i tell him my number...so tml he can find mii....hehe....
he is reali a cute guy
but onli 15 nia....sad sad......

tml will see him again....hehe......
