today is the day that i put on braces....
and is my slping day too..
at 1125hr, my braces were being install on my upper jaws
woohoo..
i choose green colour for my band..
happy..
and i stand by lots of oral ulcer paste.. wahaha..
hope that i won't use that much..

i going to plan lots of things to do during my this AL...
i will be away from work for 10days..
